Welcome to the Mulino 1 Holiday Home. The house has two comfortable apartments. They are the Giardino on the ground floor, which has its own garden, and the Terrazza on the first and second floors, which has a large balcony with outdoor dining area.
The Mulino 1 is located in the center of Minusio in Ticino (Switzerland), just a 5-minute walk from Lake Maggiore and a few minutes by bus from the Locarno and Ascona centers.
350 meters from the apartment you will find the supermarket chains Coop and Migros as well as various restaurants and bars.

With two bedrooms, a WC/Shower, kitchen/living room and garden combined with outdoor dining area, this apartment is perfect for you with a small family.
One bedroom is allocated two single beds with direct access to the garden, and the second room has a double bed.
The bathroom has a shower, WC, washstand and washerdryer.
In the kitchen you will have full kitchenware, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, refrigerator and dining table for four, while in the living room you will find a sofa, low table and TV.
Mulino 1 was originally an abandoned Rustico. Many years ago, it was the private residence of traditional farmers. It was used for a combination of livestock and accommodation. In October 2021, it was fully remodeled by our owners and will be available for holiday home use in April 2023.
So you will be able to use brand new equipment, brand new kitchen, brand new rooms, brand new bathroom/WC and brand new furniture.

Payment is made at the time of booking and is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- For flexible price:
Cancellation is free of charge 24 hours prior to the day of arrival. Cancellation within 24 hours prior to the day of stay will be charged for one night’s stay.
- Check-in: from 15:00 and Check-out: until 10:30.
- Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the rooms caused by themselves, their friends or any person for whom they are responsible.
- acamea Holiday Home is not responsible for your personal belongings and valuables like money, jewellery or any other valuables left by guests in the rooms.
